David Cleland

David Cleland has eight years of experience in the information management arena. He has held various operational and sales positions with Vital Records Control, including General Manager, Vice President of Operations-Virginia, Area Vice President, and currently Regional Vice President of the Eastern Region.

David’s responsibilities include providing leadership within his region to create a customer-focused environment and accomplish the organization’s goals, strategies, plans, and policies. He oversees operational controls, administrative processes, reporting procedures, and ensures the right people are in place to support productivity, financial strength, and business growth.

Before joining the company, David held several Vice President positions in the banking, retirement planning, and institutional investment markets. David has a proven track record of leadership, delivering growth, and driving operational excellence. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.
