Kelly Luttrell

Kelly Luttrell is the Chief Financial Officer for Vital Records Control and is responsible for all its finance, treasury, accounting, financial planning, compliance, and human resources activities. Before joining Vital Records Control, she was CFO of Jernigan Capital, Inc., a publicly-traded real estate investment trust. She held various senior finance and accounting positions with Active Implants and MicroPort Orthopedics. Before joining these organizations, Kelly was in the audit practice at Ernst & Young for 11 years. 

Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting and masters of accountancy from Baylor University and is a certified public accountant. She has been a member of various professional organizations. Kelly has served on boards for non-profit organizations, including the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, Trustee, Development Committee Chair of the Campbell Clinic Foundation, and Board Member and Treasurer of the Germantown Community Theater.
